半胱胺对普格鸡增重及屠宰性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 以70日龄普格土鸡为研究对象,在基础日粮中分别添加50、70、90、110mg/kg的半胱氨,试验期30d,结果表明,与对照组相比,试验各组体重、屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率、胸肌率和腿肌率均有所提高,当添加量为90mg/kg时,生长速度最快,饲料利用率最高,屠宰率、全净膛率、半净膛率提高率最大,差异显著(P<0.05);胸肌率和腿肌率分别提高了10.6%和11.2%,腹脂率下降了12.4%,差异极显著(P<0.01),试验结果表明,在普格土鸡的日粮中添加半胱氨不仅可以提高饲料利用率,还能够提高屠宰率、降低脂肪的含量,对胴体品质具有明显的改善作用。 We added four different feeding dose of cysteamine (50mg/kg,70mg/kg,90mg/kg, 110mg/ kg)in foundational daily forage of chicken which were at 70 days age in Pu Ge during the experi- ment.30 days later,the results indicated that comparing with the control group,the body weight,dressed percentage,percentage of eviscerated,percentage of half eviscerated yield,percentage of breast muscle and percentage of leg muscle of the chicken in the test groups all increase.In the test group in which the cysteamine' s adding dose is 90 mg/kg,the growth velocity is the most fast,the forage use ratio is the biggest,and the raise rates of dressed percentage,percentage of eviscerated,percentage of half eviscerated yield are all the biggest,these differences between the control group and the test group is significant (P〈0.05).Percentage of breast muscle and percentage of leg muscle are raise 10.6% and 11.2% respectively,percentage of abdominal fat decrease 12.4%,the differences between the control group and the test group is very significant (P〈0.01).The results also shows that the cysteamine is added in the daily forage of Pu Ge chicken can raise forage use ratio and abatage rate, decrease content of fat,improve quality of naked body significantly.
