将合同能源管理项目的风险划分为外部环境风险、节能技术风险、市场风险、组织管理风险、客户风险5个方面。运用层次分析法和灰色系统理论,建立灰色层次分析评价模型对节能项目风险进行评估。通过定量的分析方法帮助能源管理公司识别项目风险,进行风险管理,提高收益。
The risks of energy contract management project are classified into five aspects as external environment risk energy saving technology risk ,market risk,organizing risk,and client risk. Based on the AHP method and grey system theory,a grey hierarclay evaluation model is built up to evaluate energy conservation risks quantitatively.The purpose is to help Energy Management Corporation assess risks and take effective measures to minimize the potential loss and increase the profit.
