摘要
电力负荷管理信息系统的发展对电力营销现代化建设具有重要的意义。分析了电力负荷管理信息系统的现状,从理念、技术、应用领域等方面提出了系统今后的发展方向。介绍了潍坊电力负荷管理信息系统在使用中的成功经验,并从硬件系统组网方式和系统软件功能两方面就如何有效地开发、利用系统的远程冻结抄表、负荷电量分析预测、防窃电技术、购电管理和电力需求侧管理等方面进行了阐述。
The development of power load management system is important for power marketing modernlizafion eonstruction. The article analyzes the status of the system and the growth direction in concept, techndogy and application regions. The successful experience in Weifang is introduced. It tells how to develop and use the system＇s remote reading meter, load and consumptions analysis, preventing power stealing, purchasing electricity and DSM.
