摘要
对液压联轴器多层组合式外套进行了最优分层分析,确定了n层外套层间界面的最佳半径。数值计算结果表明:通过合理选择层间半径,双层外套的弹性极限承载能力比单层外套的弹性极限承载能力提高了22%;三层外套的弹性极限承载能力比单层外套的弹性极限承载能力提高了31%;三层外套的弹性极限承载能力比双层外套的弹性极限承载能力提高了7.4%。
Using multi-layer assembled out sleeve can increase the elastic ultimate load-carrying capacity of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling. Optimum analysis of multi-layer assembled out sleeve of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling is performed and the best radius of the interface between layers is determined. The computed results show that the elastic ultimate load-carrying capacity of a double layer assembled out sleeve of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling is increased by twenty-two percent as compared with that of a single layer sleeve; the elastic ultimate load-carrying capacity of a three-layer assembled out sleeve of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling is increased by thirty-one percent as compared with that of a single layer sleeve; the elastic ultimate load-carrying capacity of a three-layer assembled out sleeve of hydraulic pressure sleeve coupling is increased by seven point four percent as compared with that of a double layer sleeve.
