摘要
矿产资源和人才资源是人类社会赖以发展的重要基础。本文在论述矿产与人才的多样性与历史性的基础上,提出成矿与成才需要多种有利因素的耦合作用,成矿与成才都有多种途径,最后着重论述了人人可以成才的观点。
Mineral resources and human resources are important foundations for social development.Based on an analysis of history and diversity feature of mineral resources and talent persons,the author put forward that ore formation and talent person come from coupling of multiple favorable factors.There are many different ways to forming mineral resources and talent person.Finally,the author emphasize that everyone can become talent in some way.
