The paper tries to research the professionals of student affairs administration of colleges in China,The author applies the sociology of the professions and a set of criteria to mature the professional levels, studies the professional characteristics of student affairs administration of colleges in China,and compares the professional levels of student affairs administration of colleges between American and Chinese.
