摘要
本文分析了中国海洋大学2003年新办"地球信息科学与技术"本科专业的现状,从学科特点出发,研究该专业人才培养的定位与模式,提出新的教学指导思想,并规划课程体系框架,明确实施原则和措施。研究和实践均表明:地球信息科学与技术专业人才培养还是应该按照国家有关规范,结合自身的特点进行定位和发展,中国海洋大学地球信息科学与技术专业应定位于地球物理测量信息工程(属测绘科学与技术),相应的人才培养模式应强化信息处理课程与应用实践。本文给出的地球信息科学与技术本科人才培养的定位和模式,特色鲜明,具有发展活力,符合新世纪人才培养的需求,对新形势下培养宽口径、高素质、市场急需、有特色的地球信息科学人才具有一定的指导意义。
In the paper,the status of Geoinformation Science and Technology Speciality(GIT) of Ocean University of China(OUC),which was set in 2003,is analyzed.The mode and orientation of the qualified personel education for Geoinformation science and technology speciality are studied,which based on the charateristics of the related disciplines.Then a new education guiding ideology is induced,and a new course system is designed.Finally some laws and measures are proposed for implimenting them.By the research and practice,it has been showed that the education activity of GIT should conform to the national standards,and also embody own distingishing features.The GIT in OUC should located at Geophysical Surveying Information Engineering,so that the education mode is to strenghen the information processing and application courses.The mode and orientation conluded in the paper is of characteristic and vigour,and conforming to the demands on the GIT personnels in 21th century.The conclusions will be some guidelines for educating the GIT undergraduates of the wide knowledge field,better quality and society demanding.
