摘要
自然老年大鼠(28月龄)和成年鼠(3月龄),用7Sl-A型电反应测试仪确定听阈并记录Ⅰ波潜伏期和I-V波间期,耳蜗琥珀酸脱氢酶(SDH)、PAS、坚牢蓝(Luxolfastblue)组化染色和神经特异性烯醇化酶(NSE),S-100的免疫组化染色(ABC)法),分别观察耳蜗毛细胞、神经节细胞、听神经纤维及鞘膜变化。结果:老年大鼠听性脑干反应阈值升高,SDH活性减弱,节细胞浆内可见多个脂褐素颗粒、神经纤维排列稀疏,节细胞内NSE免疫活性下降,血管纹内S-100免疫活性减弱。结果提示,听觉系统老化病变以末梢器官为主。
The auditory brain stem response (ABR) was recorded in natural senil and adult rats, by use of histochemistry staining of NSE, S 100 in the cochla. The results showed that the threshold of ABR in senil rats was noticeably increased, the histochemical activity of SDH and immunohisto chemical activity of NSE and S 100 were singnificantly decreased. Lipofuscin accumulated within the spiral ganglion cells and nerve fibre atrophy also found in the senil rats cochlea. The results suggest that ageing of hearing is mainly connected with the cochlea rather than the brain stem.
