体外循环心内直视手术应用碘气染色显示传导束的动物实验及临床应用

The application of iodine gas staining for conduction system in experimental study and clinical practice during cardiac surgery

我们应用碘气染色显示传导束进行了实验研究并应用于临床。结果显示：动物实验碘气喷射后右束支呈棕褐色，并经心电图及病理证实；临床应用１０例，（其中室间隔缺损６例，法乐四联症４例）染色清晰，除２例法乐四联症有右束支阻滞外，其余心电图均无变化，Ｔ３、Ｔ４及酶学亦无明显改变。本结果表明碘气染色简便有效，无毒副作用，对于复杂先心病避免术中传导束损伤具有重要意义。

To avoid a possible surgical damage of the conduction system we stained the conduction bundle with iodine gas in expiremental and clinical practice during cardiac surgery. The right bundle branches were stained as brown by naked eyes and identified by ECG and pathology. In 10 cases of patients, except 2 of Tetrad of Fallot (TOF) having the right bundle branch block, the ECG showed no abnormal changes. T 4T 3 and liver funtion tests were in normal range. The results show that iodine gas spraying conduction system staining is a convenient and feasible method and no any abverse effects. It may avoid conduction system surgical damage on congenital heart disease surgery.
