35例血液透析患者饮食营养状况的调查与分析 被引量:1

摘要 对35例血液透析患者的营养状况进行调查,结果提示,血液透析患者存在长期的进行性营养不良。其中,中度营养不良者占28.6%,轻度营养不良者占40.0%,仅31.4%营养良好。热量摄入不足者占77.2%,蛋白摄入不足者占57.1%,维生素、无机盐、微量元素的摄入严重不足;血转铁蛋白、前白蛋白及白蛋白显著下降。调查结果为指导血透患者合理饮食和正确透析提供了客观依据。 A study of nutritional analysis from 35 patients receiving long term hemodialysis (ⅡD) was mdde. The results showed that 57.1% patientts with deficiency of protein intake, 77.2% with low calorie intake, and most of them with insufficiency of vitamin, malnutrition account for 28.6%, those with mild malnutrition account for 40.0%, and most of the patients show a marked reduction in serum transferrin, prealbumin and albumin. It is concluded thatnearly all the HD patients suffered from long term progressive malnutrition, and much attention should be paid to rational dinef and arrect hemodialysis.
