摘要
以实现转子在线动平衡为目的,提出一种全新的应用逆压电效应原理驱动平衡盘进行在线不平衡量恢复的方法.通过有限元分析方法中的Block Lanczos方法对平衡装置中压电元件进行模态分析,确定压电元件的振动形式为B(0,9)模式,且其对应的固有频率为59 658 Hz.根据压电元件的振动形式进一步确定了压电陶瓷的极化方式,使压电陶瓷在59 658 Hz的高频交流电压激励下,达到谐振状态,振动量最大.
The paper provides a method for rotor on-line dynamic balancing by using piezoelectricity effect principle to drive the balancing plate. Through modal analyses by Bolock Lanczos, the drive frequency 59 658 Hz and polarization way B(0,9) of the plate can be determined. The libration is largest, when inspirited the piezoelectricity with the AD of 59 685 Hz which called resonance frequency.
