陀螺定向超声成像测井技术在水井修复中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 超声成像测井技术是通过向井壁连续发射和接收超声波,把接收到的超声波转换成电信号,作为图像信号.图像的扫描触发信号由地磁场提供,在磁屏蔽、磁干扰条件下仪器就不能工作.为解决这一问题,文章运用陀螺定向技术对人造磁场进行定向,转动的线圈在人造磁场中,感应出来的交变电信号作为图像扫描触发信号,同样能形成超声图像.并能快捷、准确地查明井管故障点的位置、损坏的规模大小和方位,从而为维修方案的确定提供了可靠的依据. Common ultrasonic imaging well logging instruments can neither work on the condition of magnetic shielding or magnetic interference, nor ascertain the location of geologic information. However, by applying gyropositioning technique to locate artificial magnetic field, the ultrasound imaging produced by measurement processing, where AC (Alternating Current) signal is induced by rotated coils in the artificial magnetic field as the triggering signal for image scanning, can quickly and accurately ascertain the fault spot and the damage scale and location of well pipes, so as to provide the reliable foundation for making maintenance plan.
