摘要
以棉、超吸水纤维和甲壳素纤维为原料,利用PHB良好的热塑性能,开发一种完全可降解的用即弃医用非织造敷料.产品主要应用在皮肤伤口,其优点是可减轻疼痛、创面止血、持久干燥.文章研究了纤网与PHB的混比、热轧温度以及轧辊转速对此复合材料性能的影响.结果表明:通过合理选择工艺参数,可提高医用非织造敷料的性能指标.
With excellent thermo-plasticity of PHB, Cotton fiber, superabsorbent fiber and chitin fiber were used to develop the completely biodegradable nonwoven medical dressings. The new chitin dressings were applied to skin wounds, whose advantages include pain relief, wound hemostasis, adherence and drying. The effects of different blended ratio of fibre web/PHB, the thermal bonding temperature and the speed of the roller on the properties of the nonwoven composite were tested and analyzed. It was found that the properties of the nonwovens can be increased through optimizing processing parameters.
