摘要
对以PLC为FMS工作站控制器的系统,提出了2种调度策略的实施方案.以D-FMS为研究对象,着重分析了对多品种不同混合比零件的加工进行动态调度的实施过程,解决了原系统各设备在不同时间段内负荷不平衡的问题.该方案对用PLC为工作站控制器的FMS的升级改造具有实际指导意义.
Two scheduling schemes were presented for Denford FMS based on PLC. The implementation process of dynamic scheduling was analyzed for varieties of mixed parts. As a result, the method has solved the problem of imbalanced load on equipments in different time segments, and the D-FMS has shown a higher performance. The method and techniques reported in this paper could be taken as a useful reference for other FMSs' reengineering.
