游离前臂皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面部软组织缺损的临床研究

Reconstruction of Oral and Maxillofacial Soft Tissue Defect with Forearm Free Flap

目的探讨应用显微外科技术进行游离前臂皮瓣移植修复口腔颌面软组织缺损的方法。方法应用游离前臂皮瓣移植对11例口腔癌切除后软组织缺损进行修复。结果术后观察1—12个月，皮瓣均存活，口腔功能恢复良好，外形满意。结论前臂皮瓣移植是修复口腔癌术后颌面软组织缺损较为理想的方法。

Objective To study mierosurgery technique of reconstruction of oral and maxillofaeial soft tissue defect with forearm free flap. Methods The forearm flap was used in the treatment of 11 oral cancer patients with oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defect after surgery. Results All the flaps were survived with satisfactory function and outline after 1 - 12 months＇ follow-up. Conclusion The forearm flap is useful for reconstruction of oral and maxillofacial soft tissue defect.
