摘要
本文结合工作实际,归纳了在人口计生工作和民生问题相关联的主要因素,以及民生问题推进人口计生工作的主要关系,阐述了控制人口数量,提高人口素质是促进社会发展,解决民生问题的重要条件之一。
According to the practice of our work, the paper summarizes the main factors that family planning work and iivelihook problems associate, and the main relationship that iivelihook problems promotes family planning work; expatiates that controlling population quantity and promoting population quality is one of the important conditions to solve livelihook problems.
