摘要
主要阐述了北京谱仪Ⅲ(BESⅢ)事例起始时间计算系统的基本原理和程序结构;利用MDC径迹、TOF信息联合计算方法和单独使用MDC方法完成BESⅢ事例起始时间的计算。通过蒙特卡罗数据,包括对撞事例和宇宙线事例的运行、检验和调试,证明了系统是稳定和可靠的。
Charged particle tracking system in BESⅢ makes use of event occurrence time in various sta- ges of track finding and fitting. Give a detail description and features about this information which is extracted from timing measurements in either Time of Flight(TOF) or Main Drift Chamber(MDC). Use MDC track and TOF information,MDC information these two methods to calculate the event start time in BESⅢ Some preliminary results from some typical Monte Carlo simulation are presented, and this scheme works satisfactory in reconstructing Monte Carlo events.
