摘要 目的:探讨16排螺旋CT减影后血管成像在颈动脉闭塞性疾病的应用价值。方法:36例患者先后进行平扫及增强扫描,原始数据传入工作站,以平扫图像为蒙片进行减影,最后进行三维血管成像处理,评价图像质量及病变的影像表现,其中8例进行了DSA检查。结果:血管重建后总体可评价率为91·5%,共发现病变血管28支,其中轻度狭窄10支,中度狭窄6支,重度狭窄8支,闭塞4支。8例DSA检查结果与DS-CTA一致。结论:16排螺旋CT减影后血管成像可以提供高质量的重建图像,在诊断颈动脉闭塞性疾病方面有很高的应用价值,可以为临床治疗提供指导。 Objective:To explore the value of subtraction 16-slice CT in occlusive disease of carotid artery. Methods:Thirty four patients underwent precontrast and postcontrast, the data were transfered to workstation for subtracting, at last for 3D reconstruction, two radiologists assessed the image quality and analyzed the disease, 8 patients also accepted DSA exam.Results:91.5% arteries of all could be assessed, 28 diseased arteries were diagnosed,includlng mild stenosis 10, moderate stenosis 6, severe stenosis 8, occlusion 4. The results of DSA were concordant with DS-CTA. Conclusion: Subtraction 16-slice spiral CT angiography can acquire good imaging quality,it has high value in diagnosing occlusive disease of carotid artery and can provide advice for treatment.
