胰岛素泵在糖尿病患者围手术期的临床观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨胰岛素泵与多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗糖尿病的疗效比较。方法围手术期糖尿病患者随机分为两组,采用诺和灵胰岛素分别使用胰岛素泵持续泵入和多次皮下注射。结果治疗2w后观察低血糖发生率、血糖达标时间、胰岛素用量、切口愈合障碍、切口感染及血糖达标时间。结论胰岛素泵治疗组较多次皮下注射组胰岛素用量低,低血糖发生率及感染率低。
