壶腹癌的多层螺旋CT影像诊断

Medical Imaging Diagnosis of Ampullary Carcinoma with MSCT

目的探讨多层螺旋CT在壶腹癌诊断和鉴别诊断中的应用价值,提高多层螺旋CT对壶腹癌诊断的准确性。方法回顾性分析经我院手术、病理证实的13例壶腹癌的螺旋CT影像表现资料。结果13例壶腹癌中均可显示十二指肠壶腹区软组织肿物部位、大小及与周围组织结构的关系,并均有胆管系统低位梗阻征象,7例有"双管征";6例肝内胆管呈软滕状重度扩张。结论多层螺旋CT扫描对壶腹癌的诊断具有较高的准确性。

Objective To evaluate the value of multilayer spiral CT scan in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ampullary carcinoma and improve the accuracy rate of the diagnosis of ampullary carcinoma by CT scan. Methods MSCT findings of 13 cases of ampullary carcinoma proved by surgery or pathology were analyzed retrospectively. Results 13 cases CT image was clear about the mass in the region of vaters ampulla, and clearly displayed the spot, the size as well as periphery the organizational structure relations of the carcinomacases of the ampullary carcinoma showed filling defect in the doudenal lumen with obvious enhancement. 7 cases showed dilated pancreatic duct and ＂dual-duct sign＂. Conclusion MSCT scan is a kind of very accurate examination modality in the diagnosis of amoullary carcinoma.
