水资源开发中水环境保护措施研究

Studies on water environmental protection measures in process of exploiting water resources

水资源是地球上人类离不开的重要资源,保护水资源是人类共同的责任。人类在开发利用水资源的同时,不能忽视由此而引发的水环境问题。从国内外主要河流因不合理开发而产生的环境问题出发,阐述了在进行水利工程建设、开发利用水资源的同时,应注重水环境和生态系统的保护,并根据我国的实际情况,提出水环境保护的内容和3点具体措施。

Water resources is an indispensable important resource for the mankind on the earth.Protecting water resources is mankind＇s common responsibility.The mankind can＇t neglect the water environment problem which was caused by of exploiting and utilizing water resources.Setting out from the environment problem which was caused by unreasonable developing for the domestic and international main rivers,this paper expatiated that when carrying on hydrology engineering construction and exploiting and utilizing water resources, we should pay attention to the protection of water environment and eco-system.According to the state of our country,this paper put forward the contents of water environmental protection and concrete measures.
