论“人本管理”的现代企业管理理念

摘要 人本管理是重视人的生存和发展的先进管理理论。在经营实践中,人是社会经济活动的主体,是一切资源中最重要的资源,是一个经济社会、企业发展的决定性因素。重点论述了现代管理理论与管理实践的发展趋势,就是要实现以人为本的管理。现代企业只有员工的全面发展才是企业发展的前提和根本保证,把培养人、尊重人、关心人、发展人、造就一支过硬的员工队伍,当作企业的长期目标,始终围绕人的需要和特性进行管理,使人这一活动资本能发挥巨大作用,完成企业目标,并达到社会和谐。明确提出现代企业必须突出人在管理中的中心地位,充分实现以人为中心的人本管理。 "Human-Centered Management" is the advanced management theory emphasizing the existence and development of the human resources.In the practice of management,human beings is the main body of social economic activities,the most important resource among all the resources and the determinant in the development of both the economic society and the companies.It is illustrated that the developing trend in modern management theory and practice is to take human resources as the basic element.In modern corporations,the all-round development of the employees can guarantee the development of the company.Training,respecting,caring and developing employees and making developed staff should be the long-term target of the corporations.So the management in the firms should focus on human's needs and characters and make the human resources exert their best to achieve the goals of the companies and to build the harmonious society.So the human resources must be taken as the center in the management of modern corporations and make "human-centered management" theory fully achieved.
