摘要
从寻租经济学的角度,对启新公司经营中与政府之间的关系进行研究,认为启新生产和销售的成功离不开其寻租行为。同时,寻租行为也加大了启新公司以及全国水泥行业的成本,造成了生产效率和消费者福利的下降,以及社会资源的浪费。
The paper researches the relationship between Qixin Company and the contemporary government in light of the rent-seeking theory. The research holds that the success in production and saleroom of Qixin has close connection with rent-seeking action. Meanwhile, the rent-seeking action raised the cost of Qixin as well as the whole cement enterprises. It decreased the efficiency of production and the customer＇s welfare. Hence, it brought about the waste of social resources.
