应用体外产气法评定天然牧草营养价值的试验研究 被引量:11

STUDY ON NUTRITIVE VALUE OF ASSESSING NATIVE GRASS ON QINGHAI PLATEAU BY GAS PRODUCTION METHOD IN VITRO

摘要 利用3头安装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的3岁阉牦牛为瘤胃液固定供给动物,在相同饲养管理条件下,验证了应用人工瘤胃(体外产气法)技术评定青海高原天然牧草动态营养价值的稳定性和准确性,为今后继续开展高原牧草的营养价值评定奠定了基础。 Three -year old yaks with permanent ruminal fistula that provide rumen fluid were conducted at the same feeding management condition. The main purpose is to validata stability and veracity of the device in nplateau by using gas production method in vitro, even establish means foundation carrying on nutritive value of assessing plateau grass for the future.
