摘要
采用XRD,TEM,DSC研究了(Fe0.5Ni0.5)80-xMoxB20(x=0,2,4,6,8)非晶态合金的玻璃形成能力和热稳定性,讨论了非晶态合金玻璃形成能力的表征,探讨了Mo对玻璃形成能力和热稳定性的作用机理。结果表明:Mo的加入可提高(Fe0.5Ni0.5)80B20合金的玻璃形成能力和热稳定性;Tx/Tm可用于表征(Fe0.5Ni0.5)80-xMoxB20非晶态合金的玻璃形成能力;合金组元数目增多、原子尺寸比增大及负混合热是Mo提高玻璃形成能力的主要原因。
Glass forming ability and thermal stability of(Fe0.5 Ni0.5)80-xB20 (X=0, 2, 4, 6, 8) amorphous alloys were studied by XRD,TEM and DSC. Furthermore, the expression of glass forming ability and the effects of Mo addition on glass formation and thermal stability of (Fe0.5 Ni0.5 )80-x Mo= B20 amorphous alloys were discussed. The results show that the addition of Mo in (Fe0.5Ni0.5 )80 B20 alloy causes improvement in glass forming ability and thermal stability, which is ascribed to the increase of both the components number and the difference in atomic size of components, and the negative beats of mixing. Tx/Tmis reasonable for indicating the glass forming ability of (Fe0.5 Ni0.5)80-xMo=B20 amorphous alloys.
