激光淬火基体对镀铬层抵抗接触变形的影响 被引量:2

摘要 提出先激光离散淬火预处理基体后再镀铬的复合工艺,利用划痕仪沿垂直激光扫描方向对铬层表面进行接触载荷模拟实验。结果表明:激光淬火基体能够提高镀铬层抵抗接触变形能力。利用基体化学腐蚀法制备自由铬层和纳米硬度仪对初始镀铬层力学性质进行分析表明:激光淬火基体不但通过提高基体的硬度增强了电镀铬层抵抗接触变形能力,而且也提高了铬层自身的抵抗接触变形能力。 The duplex technology that the substrate was discretely quenched by laser before chromiumplating was presented. The simulated experiment of contact load into Cr-coating surface was carried along the vertical direction of laser scanning by the scratch device. The experimental result shows that the capacity of resistance contact distortion of Cr-plated coatings increases with the help of laser quenching substrate. The free-standing Cr-coating was prepared by the method of chemically etching substrate. The mechanical properties of initial Cr-plating coating ware measured by nano-indentation through the indenter pressing on the interface of Cr-coating. The comparative result shows that the capacity of resistance contact distortion of Cr-plated coatings is improved by the increase of not only the substrate hardness but also the self-resistance capacity of Cr-coating through laser quenching substrate.
