摘要
研究了化学气相沉积炭对石墨材料氧化性能的影响。结果表明:化学气相沉积炭,尤其是在高温沉积情况下,可明显提高细颗粒石墨材料的氧化性能,但对于粗颗粒石墨氧化性能的影响较小。细颗粒石墨氧化时由表层氧化开始,逐渐向内部扩展。而粗颗粒石墨则优先氧化颗粒边缘,虽然氧化质量损失小,但可氧化至较深的材料内部。
The influence of chemical vapor deposited carbon on the oxidation property of graphite was investigated. The results show that the chemical vapor deposited carbon can apparently improve the oxidation property of fine grain graphite, especially for high temperature deposition. But the chemical vapor deposition has little influence on the oxidation property for the coarse grain graphite. The fine grain graphite is oxidized from the surface and propagates gradually to the inner. For the coarse grain graphite, oxidization occurs in the boundary zones. Although the mass loss during oxidation is very small, the deep inner boundary can be oxidized easily.
