摘要
采用固相接枝的方法在聚羟基丁酸-戊酸膜表面上接枝丙烯酰胺,用红外光谱对接枝膜进行表征,并研究了其对蛋白的吸附性能。结果表明,接枝丙烯酰胺使膜的表面接触角从107°下降到60°,降低了膜表面对蛋白的吸附量,改善了聚羟基丁酸-戊酸的生物相容性。
Poly(3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) [P (HB-co-HV) ] membrane is grafted with acrylamide by solid-phase graft method, The grafted membrane is characterized by FTIR and its adsorption performane to albumin are explored. The result shows that the contact angle of water on the surface of grafted P(HB- co-HV)membrane decreases from 107° to 60°,and the adsorption capacity to albumin is decreased. Its biocompatibility is improved by grafting as well.
