摘要
方法:选用不同的提取溶剂提取翻白草的活性成分;运用二倍稀释法,以大肠埃希氏菌、普通变形杆菌、铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、粪肠球菌、八叠球菌为供试菌种,对翻白草的不同药用部位抑菌作用进行了抑菌试验。结果:翻白草不同药用部分的抑菌作用存在差异,其带根全草抑菌作用最强,地上部分次之,根部的抑菌作用最小;不同提取液的抑菌效果存在差异,70%乙醇提取液的抑菌作用最强;对金黄色葡萄球菌和八叠球菌等革兰氏阳性菌的抑菌效果好于革兰氏阴性菌。
Methods ： By using the dilution method, with Escherichia coli, Proteus vulgaris, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Stapylococcus aureus, Enterococcus faeealis, Sareina lutea as samples, the experiment studied the antibacterial actity of Potentilla discolor. Bge.. Results ：The every part of PotentiUa discolor. Bge. could have effects of restraining bacterium of six samples. The entire PotentiUa discolor. Bge. had the strongest effect, the aboveground part was weaker and the belowground part was the weakest. The antibacterial activity was different from the extracts of different solvent, and the 70% alcohol extracts could have the best antibacterial effects. And there was better antibacterial effect to the gram - positive bacteria than gram - negative bacteria.
