摘要 本文介绍了一个基于TI DM642的高性能CMOS数字图像采集处理系统的硬件和软件设计.系统采用美光科技的高性能CMOS图像传感器MT9T001作为敏感元件,利用TMS320DM642和CPLD器件构造图像采集和处理单元,设计了USB和以太网数据接口.系统成像性能优良,采集频率可以达到100帧/秒(VGA分辨率).系统可用于工业流程检测、智能交通、机器人巡逻等涉及运动图像处理的领域. This paper introduces the hardware and software designs of a high performance embedded CMOS imaging system. The system adopts a high-end CMOS image sensor MT9T001 and uses DM642 as well as an CPLD to construct the processing unit. In addition, USB2.0 and Ethernet communication interface have been implemented in the system. The imaging system can acquire images of good quality. The local acquisition rate can reach 100 frames (VGA format) per second. The system can be applied in industrial process automation, intelligent transportation system, robot surveillance and other motion-related image processing areas.
