安电二期扩建工程高温过热器出口集箱SA335P91钢焊接工艺

摘要 介绍了贵州安顺电厂二期扩建工程2×300MW燃煤机组锅炉高温过热器出口集箱的焊接工艺。从现场的焊接工艺性能试验,SA335P91钢的焊接性能、焊前准备、焊接工艺、焊接及焊后热处理、质量保证措施等方面介绍了SA335P91钢的焊接。SA335P91属于高合金耐热钢,中间层焊至20~25mm后进行后热处理,冷却至室温,进行射线分层探伤,分层探伤合格后一次焊接完成,并立即进行焊后热处理,冷却至室温,进行超声波探伤,一次合格率100%,焊接质量优良。 This article introduced welding craft of SA335P91 steel alloy for high temperature overheater outlet collection box,such as welding experiment,welding performnenee analysis of steel alloy ,welding prepares ,welding craft,after-heat treatment,quality assurance measures,and so on.The steel alloy blonys to the high alloy high-temperature steel, when welding the steel alloy to the intermediate level after 20-25 mm,to carry on the heat treament,to cool to the ambient temperature,and to do the RT inspection, then to carry on welding only once of the RT inspection qualified,to carry on the heat treatment immediately,to cool to the ambient temperature ,to carry on the UT inspection.The inspection results show that the welding quality is excellent.
