下向焊仰位操作技能

Operation skill of vertical down welding at overhead position

分析了下向焊接工艺(特别是纤维素打底)焊接时产生焊缝背面内凹、打底焊道烧穿、焊缝夹渣、未熔合、咬边、焊缝成形不良等缺陷的原因。针对这些缺陷提出了根焊、填充焊、盖面焊的操作技能,获得了下向焊仰位焊的合格焊缝。

This paper analyzes the reasons of some defects in vertical down welding （especially eellulose backing welding） , such as inner pit at back of weld,bum through of backing weld,slag inclusion of weld,lack of fusion,undercut and bad formatiou of weld bead,etc.ln accordance with these defects,this paper puts forward the operation skills of root welding,filling welding,cosmetic welding and gets the qualified wehts in vertical down welding at overhead position.
