摘要
提出了社会承认是人才价值的界点、社会承认是人才由潜向显的转折点的观点,对社会承认的类型进行了分类,论述了首次承认的导向功能、多次承认的强化功能、质点承认的转化功能。
The paper puts forward a point of view that social recognize is a frontier point of talented person value and a turning point by dives to reveals. It is classified in sorts of social recognize. It expounds the guide function of first admission, strengthen function of multiple admission, turning function of mass point admission.
