摘要
基于传输线变压器的功率合成/分配器具有宽频带、应用频率高、体积小、承受功率大、损耗小的特点,是一种良好的射频器件。本文根据传输线变压器的基本理论,通过分析功率合成/分配电路的两大组成部分——功率合成/分配网络和阻抗匹配网络,分别得到对传输线和磁芯的不同要求。总结出一种设计功率合成/分配器的通用方法,为设计功率合成/分配器提供了理论参考。
The power combiner/divider based on transmission line transformer is an ideal radio frequency device as its advantages: wide operating frequency band, high operating frequency, small device volume, hundreds watt of power capacity and small insert loss. This paper gives an analysis of the power combining/dividing and impedance matching circuit net, the two main parts of the power combiner/divider. Then, according to the transmission line transformer theory, different requirements are obtained for transmission line and magnetic core. An universal design method is summarized, which offers a theoretical reference to the design of power combiner/divider.
