摘要
采用传统工艺制备了(Nd0.94 Dy0.06)14.1(Fe0.979 Al0.015 Nb0.006)79.8B6.1烧结磁体,对传统NdFeB铸锭工艺进行改进,提高铸锭冷却速度,基本抑制了铸锭中α-Fe的析出。制备出 Br=1.368T,Hci=1369kA/m,(BH)max= 359kJ/m3 的高性能烧结 NdFeB 永磁材料,为用传统设备和工艺低成本生产高性能 NdFeB 烧结磁体进行了有益探索。
(Nd0.94 Dy0.06)14.1(Fe0.979 Al0.015 Nb0.006)79.8B6.1 sintered magnet was prepared by ordinary technology. By increasing the cooling speed of cast to restrain the formation of undesirable α-Fe phase to improve the cast quality, high performance sintered NdFeB magnet material was produced with Br=1.368T, Hci=1369kA/m and (BH)max= 359kJ/m^3 , which supplies a referential routine of producing high performance NdFeB magnet using ordinary equipment and process.
