摘要 叙述了单相全桥电压型逆变器SPWM调制的原理,分析了单极性倍频调制的优点和采用的理由。在介绍了AVR单片机AT90PWM2的基础上,描述了用AT90PWM2实现单极性倍频SPWM调制的方法,制作了实际的逆变器样机,并应用于1 kW汽油发电机组中,工作性能稳定。最后给出了实验波形,实验结果表明,输出电压波形光滑、对称性好、失真度低。  The principle of SPWM modulation in single-phase full bridge voltage mode inverter was represented.The advantage of single polar freqnency-doubling modulation and the reason of adoption were analyzed.The method for relizing SPWM with single polar freqnency-doubling was describled,based on AVR 8-bit SCM AT90PWM2.The prototype of inverter was made,which was applied in gasoline generation set with 1 kW.The inverter has stable function.Finally the experimental results were illustrated.The results show this method can achieve good output waveform,the output voltage waveform is smooth,symmetrical good,and scale distortion is low.
