永磁直驱风力发电机的单位功率因数控制 被引量:13

摘要 伴随着大功率半导体器件的快速发展,直驱风力发电在高功率密度以及可靠性等方面显示出了其重要优势,成为变速恒频风力发电的重要趋势之一。在开发2 MW大功率双PWM永磁直驱风力发电变流器的过程中,深入研究了机侧变流器的控制。在机侧变换器变换功率指令给定条件下,分析了永磁发电机的负载单位功率因数控制问题,提出了增加约束方程以确定电机端电压的稳定控制方案。通过仿真实验,验证了所提方案的可行性,目前正应用于原型机的试验验证。  With the fast development of the high-power semi-conductor device,direct-drive permanent magnet generator has shown the significant advantages for its high power density,reliability,and becomes one of the important trends of the variable speed constant frequency wind power generation.Based on the design of 2 MW back to back PWM converter,the control of generator-side converter was studied deeply.The power command was given,the issue of unit load power factor control for permanent generator was analyzed and a robust approach was proposed which added a bounded equation to determine the output voltage of electric machine.The approach of feasibility is verified with simulation,and it is applied in prototype of wind generation for experimental verification.
