摘要 研究短短芽孢杆菌(Brevibacillus brevis)JK-2菌株产生的抑菌物质特性,对其抑菌物质粗提液的稳定性进行测定,同时对其活性成分进行初步分离.稳定性试验结果表明JK-2产生的抑菌物质粗提物对蛋白酶不敏感,耐强酸强碱,紫外线和反复冻融对其活性均无显著影响.从JK-2发酵液中初步分离出分子量约为4.1kDa的活性肽和具有抑制枯萎菌活性的胞外多糖.  In order to study the characteristics of the antagonistic substance produced by Brevibacillus brevis JK-2,the stability experiments of the crude antagonistic extract of JK-2 were done and the active substance was isolated.Results showed that the crude antagonistic extract was not sensitive to proteinases,acids,alkalines and ultraviolet rays,but it denaturalized to some extent under 100℃ in 20 min.One antagonistic peptide with molecular weight of 4.1 kDa and one polysaccharide were extracted and purified from the crude antagonistic substances.
