摘要
建立了浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的HPLC测定方法．采用C18色谱柱（TSK-GEL，4．6×150mm，5μm），以甲醇-水-磷酸（30：70：0．3，V／V／V）为流动相，流速1．0mL／min，检测波长320nm．结果阿魏酸在0．006-0．15μg范围内线性关系良好，r为0．9999，平均加样回收率为96．91％．本方法可用于浓缩当归丸中阿魏酸的含量监控．
A high performance liquid chromatography was developed for the determination of feralic acid in Nongsuo Danggui Pills. HPLC was performed on a Tsk-Gel C18 column （4. 6 ×150 mm, 5 μm） using methanol-water-phosphoric acid （30 ： 70 ： 0.3, V/V/V） as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/ min, and 320 nm as the detection wavelength . This method showed a good linear relationship,the mean recovery was 96.91%. This method can be used for the quality control of Nongsuo Danggui Pills.
