摘要
根据球墨铸铁的基体组织、石墨形态、机械性能与化学成分的关系,对化学成分进行了设计选择;对铸铁熔炼、球化处理及铸造缺陷的防止等方面提出了控制措施,并应用于实际生产.
Since ductile iron matrix structure, graphite shape, machine performance and chemical composition are closely related, the chemical composition should be carefully designed. Iron smelting and spheroidizing, casting defects prevention should be controlled effectively. Finally, the paper discusses how to apply it to the actual production.
