摘要
利用从新西兰引进的优质杜泊绵羊为父本,分别与湖羊和小尾寒羊进行经济杂交试验。湖羊和小尾寒羊群体采用激素诱导同期发情,以杜泊绵羊鲜精进行人工授精配种。统计分析不同羊群受胎率、产羔率以及F1代杂交羔羊生长速度与体尺变化。结果表明:6月龄内杜湖杂交F1代羔羊日增重和体尺变化与同龄纯种湖羊羔羊差异极显著,杜寒杂交F1代羔羊的日增重和体尺与纯种小尾寒羊羔羊之间的差异亦达到极显著水平;杜湖与杜寒杂交羔羊在6月龄内日增重差异极显著,但体尺变化无显著差异。初步杂交试验结果表明杜泊绵羊(父本)与湖羊(母本)或杜泊绵羊(父本)与小尾寒羊(母本)均可作为理想的杂交组合,在江苏省宜选用湖羊为母本,用于进一步培育优质肉用杂交绵羊新品系(种)研究。
Hu sheep and Han sheep used as female parents were crossbred economically with Dorper sheep imported from New Zealand, respectively. Flocks of female Hu sheep and Small Tail Han sheep were induced estrus synchronization by the exogenous hormones, hybridized by artificial insemination of fresh semen from Dorper sheep. Pregnancy rate, birth rate and changes of body weight as well as body size of the natal kidlets were recorded and compared with each other statistically. The results showed that significant differences were found in daily weight gain and body sizes between six-month old F1 s of Hu Sheep × Dorper sheep and Han sheep × Dorper sheep and inbred lambs of their female parents. There were also significant differences in daily weight gain between six-month old F1 of Hu sheep × Dorper sheep and F1 of Han sheep × Dorper sheep. The crossbreeding results indicated that Hu sheep × Dorper sheep or Han sheep × Dorper sheep were both ideal cross combinations. In Jiangsu province Hu sheep should be used as an ideal female parent for the breeding of high quality species of mutton sheep.
