摘要
甘蓝的中心柱是重要的品质性状之一。由14个杂交品种F1合成了C0群体,以改良中心柱性状同时兼顾单球重为目标,进行两轮轮回选择。结果显示:中心柱长以及中心柱长/球高得到了极显著的降低,分别较基础群体每轮降低0.66 cm(9.23%)和0.05(8.62%),第1轮的选择效果优于第2轮,且单球重没有明显降低。经过两轮选择,群体中目标改良性状遗传基础变窄的趋势并不明显,而优良个体出现的频率明显增多。因此在甘蓝育种中采用轮回选择对中心柱长和单球重等性状进行群体改良是经济、有效的。
The core length is one of the most important quality traits of cabbage ( Brassica oleracea L. ). In order to shorten core length and maintain average head weight, two cycles of recurrent selection were conducted in initial cabbage population CO derived from fourteen cabbage hybrids. The core length and the ratio of core length to polar diameter of the cabbage in C2 population ( after two cycles of selection ) were significantly decreased by 0. 66 em ( 9.23% ) and 0.05 (8. 62% ) compared to those in initial population ,without obvious changes in average head weight. The first cycle of selection was better than the second one. After two cycles of recurrent selection, the genetic basis of the target traits was not narrowed down evidently, while the frequency of expected individual was increased. The recurrent selection is an effective way to shorten core length in cabbage breeding.
