摘要
为检测动物饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮的含量,建立酯联免疫检测法(ELISA)。结果显示:该方法检测回收率范围为67%~99%,其最低检出限为0.1μg/kg;以建立的ELISA法对随机添加的35个普通动物饲料样本进行分析,并以HPLC法对同一批样品进行检测,两种方法回收率相关系数为0.9561。证明建立的ELISA检测方法适合动物饲料中玉米赤霉烯酮的检测。
Zearalenone (ZEN) is a toxic metabolite of Fusarium graminearum in crops bringing harm to the animal husbandry industry. Competitive indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) was established to detect the content of ZEN in the animal feed. The recoveries were in the range of 67%-99% and the lowest detection rate was 0. 1μg/kg. 35 animal feed samples spiked with zearalenone were detected by ELISA and HPLC. The correlation coefficient between the two methods was 0. 9561. It is indicated that the ELISA was a suitable way to detect the zearalenone in animal feed.
