温州“城中村”“精英”生成的微观考察

A Micro-perspective on the Elites Formation in the Village-in-city of Wenzhou

通过对部分温州"城中村"村民分化考察,发现社会网络以及嵌入其中的社会资本在村民上向或下向流动中扮演着重要角色。而城中村"经济精英"生成也正是他们社会资本与经济资本互相转化的结果。城中村"政治精英"利用依附于旧体制的社会网络依然保持着配置各种资源的功能和资源转移通道的作用,对"城中村"社会分化及分层起着关键性作用。

Through investigating ＂village-in-a-city＂ of Wenzhou, the paper found that the social network and social capital are the key elements determining the up or down mobility of its residents in social and economic status. The formation of the elites （new entrepreneurs） of the ＂village-in-a-city＂ is just the result of the exchange between the social network and social capital, which accounts for the fact that the social network embedded in the old system still functions in distribution of various sources, by which the so-called political elites play crucial roles in the social stratification of the ＂village-in-a-city＂.
