Research on the Third Party Logistics Service Selection Based on Multiple Hierarchy of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation

第三方物流服务商的选择涉及到较多的影响因素,是一个多目标决策性问题。本文针对传统的单因素评判方法极易"失真"的缺陷,采用模糊综合评判法从定性、定量两个方面对第三方物流服务商的综合服务能力进行评判,能较好地避免单因素评判方法的不足,并可将复杂问题简单化,使企业对第三方物流服务商的抉择更为科学、合理。

The third party logistics service selection is a multi-objective decision qroblem that is involved in several affecting factors.This paper used the fuzzy synthetic evaluation method to solve the ＂distortion＂ problem that lies in the traditional evaluation of single factor,and evaluated the third party logistics service＇s synthetic service ability from qualitative and quantitative aspects.The insufficiency can be avoided and the complicated problems will become simple.It makes decision and selection more scientific and rational.
