摘要
受到经济全球化的影响,企业所面临的市场边界的不断扩大,竞争范围和发展空间也不断扩大,使得企业涉及多元化、跨地区或国家经营,企业集团也逐步成为了经济发展格局中的主力军。从财务控制的角度出发,分析了企业集团内部资本市场内部特征,构建了内部资本市场机制配置模式。
With the influencing of economy globalization, the market border was enlarged,moreover,the completion and development space was expanded either,and multinational enterprises are flourishing,as a result ,enterprise group is critical to the business organization mode.Based on the financial control,analyzing the internal-capital market characterize of enterprise group,and drawing a conclusion about the mechanism construct mode of enterprise group.
