六西格玛管理是一套系统的企业业务改进方法体系。它通过系统地、集成地采用质量改进流程,实现无缺陷的过程设计,并对现有过程进行定义、测量、分析、改进、控制,简称DMAIC流程,消除过程缺陷和无价值作业,从而提高质量和服务、降低成本、缩短运转周期,达到客户完全满意,增强企业竞争力。六西格玛管理在中外企业界已形成一股风靡全球的管理热潮。本文介绍了六西格玛管理中常用的度量指标计算方法,详细论述了六西格玛管理在企业中的具体实施步骤,并对宝钢集团成功实施六西格玛管理进行了案例分析。
6σ management is a structured system for optimizing enterprise's performance.By systematically and comprehensively applying quality improving process,a faultless process design was completed,and also it defined,measured,analyzed,improved and controlled the current one.This is called DMAIC process.Through erasing flaws and useless work,it improves quality and service,and reduces cost and operation period to satisfy customers,and enhance business capability in competition.6σ management has become a trend globally among business world.This book introduced common indicators of 6σ theory, detailing how to apply it to real business with practical steps.Case analysis of 6σ's application in BAO steel has been included.
