消防电气设计及工程实践中若干问题的探讨

Research on Several Problems about Electrical Design of Fire Protection and Engineering Practice

根据工程的实施经验,提出消防电气设计及施工中的若干问题:①火灾探测器、手动报警按钮、火灾应急广播扬声器、消防专用电话的设置问题。②消防联动控制,包括防火卷帘门的联动控制问题;非消防电源强切和电梯迫降归底都应在火灾确认后,即探测器"与"门报警后等。③导线选择及线路敷设,包括防排烟装置的配电、联动、控制线路都应选用耐火配线;消防电梯必须采用专线,配电线路应采用耐火配线;高层建筑的应急照明线路应采用耐火配线等。

According to engineering implementation experience, several problems about electrical design of fire protection and construction are raised： （1） the problems for arrangement of fire detectors, manual alarm button, emergency fire broadcasting loudspeakers and special purpose telephones for fire fighting; （2）fire fighting joint control, including the ploblem about joint control of fire resisting rolling shutters; compulsory cut-off of non-fire power supply and forced landing of elevators shall be performed after the fire confirmation, i.e., after the ＂and＂ gate of the detector alarms; （3） selection of the conductors and circuit laying, including power distribution, joint control, and control circuit of the fume extractor shall select fire proof wiring; fire elevator shall select special purpose wires, power distribution circuit shall adopt fire proof wiring as well as the emergency lighting circuit in tall buildings shall adopt fire proof wiring, etc.
