On June 17, 2007, Administration Center of China＇s Agenda 21 and China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research held seminar on framework research and draft of hydrology method in Beijing. More than 30 attendants from Ministry of Science and Technology, Administration Center of China＇s Agenda 21, China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research, Tsinghua University, Sichuan University, Hohai University, Beijing Normal University, Institute of Geographic Sciences and Natural Resources Research, CAS （Chinese Academy of Sciences） were present at the seminar.
