基于在“数字化校园”建设的过程中存在的缺乏建构，盲目投资；软件系统建设受部门、特色、自主影响严重；人员参与不够，片面操作；信息素质不高，参与能力差等误区，提出全面认识，科学构建的建设思路。

The paper presents the development thinking of overall realizing and scientifically constructing based on the lack of construction, blindness investment in the process of＂digital campus＂ building, and the problems of effected seriously by the department, character and self-determination during software system construction; as well as operating and information quality lower etc.
